These (Personal) data are necessary for the execution, confirmation and possible payment of your order. The legal basis for processing these (Personal) data is that the processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement. It concerns the following (Personal) data:
Personal data (e-mail address and telephone number) can be used by the event organizer or by the catering operator for contact tracing in the context of the fight against COVID-19. If you so wish, you as a data subject may disclose Personal Data relating to your entire party to the event organizer or to the catering operator. In such case, the processing is part of an objective of general interest.
When you contact our customer service, we will use the (Personal) data provided by you to answer your question or solve your problem. The legal basis for the processing of these (Personal) data is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract. It concerns the following (Personal) data:
When you fill out the contact form on our Website, the information you enter is kept. Your first name, last name, possibly your phone number, email address, message, IP address and the time of sending are securely stored. This is necessary to be able to contact you in the correct way.
When registering on our Website for the Beyond Ordering platform, certain (Personal) Data are kept, such as professional or personal identification data, billing data, profile information and preferences. This is necessary for the execution of the agreement.
In general, Beyond Ordering processes your Personal Data for, among others, the following purposes:
E.g. for processing these (Personal) Data for the purpose of fraud prevention and anti-abuse or for the purpose of analysis and reporting, we rely on Beyond Ordering’s legitimate interest. Final analysis reports will not contain any Personal Data.
We will only collect and use your Personal Data for the realization of the aforementioned purposes, unless we receive your unambiguous and free consent to use your Personal Data for other purposes or unless the processing is necessary in order to fulfill an obligation imposed by applicable regulations.
Beyond Ordering attaches great importance to protecting your (personal) data and has therefore taken the necessary technical and organizational measures. We use a secure connection and store your data in a secure database. In this way, we try to take the necessary measures to prevent theft, loss or unauthorized access or unwanted disclosure.
Beyond Ordering will not retain your (personal) data any longer than strictly necessary to realize the above-mentioned purposes for which your data are collected. Beyond Ordering will only retain your (personal) data for a longer period (i) in case of your consent, or (ii) if a longer retention period is required or justified in the context of a limitation or expiry period provided for by law or other obligation in applicable regulations.
Beyond Ordering does not sell, trade or commercialize your Personal Data.
Processors act exclusively on Beyond Ordering’s instructions and may only use Personal Data for purposes determined by Beyond Ordering. In its agreements with Processors, Beyond Ordering has made clear arrangements regarding the quality of data processing in accordance with the obligations imposed by the relevant privacy legislation.
If you place an order (using the Beyond Ordering platform), Beyond Ordering will provide some data to the catering operator or the event organizer at which you place an order, so that the catering operator or event organizer can process, deliver and settle your order. You are a direct customer of the catering establishment or event organizer. The catering establishment or the event organizer has its own responsibilities and obligations regarding the (personal) data. For questions regarding the data processing e.g. the catering establishment or the event organizer, please contact the respective catering establishment or event organizer directly.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Beyond Ordering may have to disclose your Personal Data:
In principle, your Personal Data will not be transferred to third countries. Should this nevertheless be the case, we will ensure that any transfer of Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to an addressee who has its residence or registered office in a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission will be governed by provisions of a transfer agreement, which will include (i) standard contractual clauses, as provided for in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, or (ii) based on any other mechanism under privacy law or any other regulation governing the processing of personal data.
