If you place an order (using the Beyond Ordering platform), Beyond Ordering will provide some data to the catering operator or the event organizer at which you place an order, so that the catering operator or event organizer can process, deliver and settle your order. You are a direct customer of the catering establishment or event organizer. The catering establishment or the event organizer has its own responsibilities and obligations regarding the (personal) data. For questions regarding the data processing e.g. the catering establishment or the event organizer, please contact the respective catering establishment or event organizer directly.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Beyond Ordering may have to disclose your Personal Data:

To the competent authorities (i) when Beyond Ordering is required to do so by law or in the context of legal proceedings or (ii) to safeguard and defend Beyond Ordering’s rights;
If Beyond Ordering transfers its assets or part thereof to a third party, in the event of a transfer of a generality or industry, in the event of a merger, demerger or similar transaction, joint venture, reorganization or any other transfer or transition or corporate restructuring, whether by special or general title, in which case your Personal Data may be transferred to a third party.

In principle, your Personal Data will not be transferred to third countries. We undertake to formulate a response within the period of one month from receipt of the request, which may include:

In case of negative response, the reason(s) for the refusal, as well as information on the possibilities of filing a complaint with the supervisory authority, or appealing to the court.

We request that individuals under the age of 13 not disclose Personal Data to us unless permission is obtained from parent(s) or guardian(s).
