What does this Privacy Policy apply to?

  • Processing of orders and deliveries, preparation of quotations, delivery or order forms, after-sales service

In case Beyond Ordering uses your Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing, you always have the right to oppose this by means of a simple request (possibility to “unsubscribe”). Depending on the information you have provided us (telephone number, postal address, cell phone number, e-mail address), it is possible that we contact you through the relevant channels (by telephone, post, SMS or e-mail) with a view to informing you about our products or about future events, promotions or offers. When sending direct marketing, Beyond Ordering may base itself on its legitimate interest to inform existing partners regarding similar products or services for which Beyond Ordering and the partners in question were previously in contact.


For each purpose, the legal basis for processing may be one of the following:

E.g. for processing these (Personal) Data for the purpose of fraud prevention and anti-abuse or for the purpose of analysis and reporting, we rely on Beyond Ordering’s legitimate interest. Final analysis reports will not contain any Personal Data.

How does Beyond Ordering protect my (personal) data?

How long will Beyond Ordering retain my (personal) data?

Beyond Ordering will only retain your (personal) data for a longer period (i) in case of your consent, or (ii) if a longer retention period is required or justified in the context of a limitation or expiry period provided for by law or other obligation in applicable regulations.

Who receives your Personal Data?

Beyond Ordering does not sell, trade or commercialize your Personal Data.

The processed Personal Data will only be communicated to the following recipients and in accordance with this Privacy Policy:

Processors act exclusively on Beyond Ordering’s instructions and may only use Personal Data for purposes determined by Beyond Ordering. In its agreements with Processors, Beyond Ordering has made clear arrangements regarding the quality of data processing in accordance with the obligations imposed by the relevant privacy legislation.

If you place an order (using the Beyond Ordering platform), Beyond Ordering will provide some data to the catering operator or the event organizer at which you place an order, so that the catering operator or event organizer can process, deliver and settle your order. You are a direct customer of the catering establishment or event organizer. The catering establishment or the event organizer has its own responsibilities and obligations regarding the (personal) data. For questions regarding the data processing e.g. the catering establishment or the event organizer, please contact the respective catering establishment or event organizer directly.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Beyond Ordering may have to disclose your Personal Data:

  • To the competent authorities (i) when Beyond Ordering is required to do so by law or in the context of legal proceedings or (ii) to safeguard and defend Beyond Ordering’s rights;
  • If Beyond Ordering transfers its assets or part thereof to a third party, in the event of a transfer of a generality or industry, in the event of a merger, demerger or similar transaction, joint venture, reorganization or any other transfer or transition or corporate restructuring, whether by special or general title, in which case your Personal Data may be transferred to a third party.


In principle, your Personal Data will not be transferred to third countries. Should this nevertheless be the case, we will ensure that any transfer of Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to an addressee who has its residence or registered office in a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission will be governed by provisions of a transfer agreement, which will include (i) standard contractual clauses, as provided for in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, or (ii) based on any other mechanism under privacy law or any other regulation governing the processing of personal data.

What rights do you have?

As a data subject, you also have a number of rights relating to your Personal Data.

    You have the right to review all Personal Data we collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete Personal Data corrected or completed.
  • Right to be forgotten
    In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your Personal Data deleted.

If you wish to invoke any of these rights, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. We ask you to clearly identify yourself in such request (e.g. by sending a copy of the identity card) in order to avoid any unauthorized disclosure of your Personal Data.

We undertake to formulate a response within the period of one month from receipt of the request, which may include:

  • The actions taken in positive response to the request; or
  • The need to extend the response time by two months in complex cases, stating the reasons for this extension; or
  • In case of negative response, the reason(s) for the refusal, as well as information on the possibilities of filing a complaint with the supervisory authority, or appealing to the court.

Personal Data of Children

We request that individuals under the age of 13 not disclose Personal Data to us unless permission is obtained from parent(s) or guardian(s). If we discover that we have collected Personal Data from an individual under the age of 13 without such consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

Beyond Ordering has the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example in response to market developments and new processing activities. It is therefore important to always consult the latest version of this Privacy Policy, available on our Website. On simple request you can receive a copy. We naturally ask you for your prior consent to our (new) processing activities to the extent required by law.
