Beyond Ordering has the ability built in to charge a Fee for providing a certain extra service. For example, consider the extra labor cost to deliver an order to the table. With our fees functionality, you can charge an adjustable Fee depending on the service option selected.
At customers’ request
You have the ability to configure different Fees (eg. a lower fee for table Delivery, and a higher one for Delivery on the VIP deck).
For each fee, you can set when it should be applied based on the selected service option.
Multiple fees can be combined: for example, you can charge and fixed fee per order and an additional fee when the Delivery service option is chosen.
All fees are reported in the statistics. There they can be viewed in the live dashboard or they can be downloaded as a report (.csv).
